It is our belief that communication is the basis for a successful relationship and therefore we always consult with clients before reviewing service charges or embarking upon major works.
We provide access to information regarding each property and regularly liaise with recognised residents groups.Independently audited accounts will be sent to all clients and supporting invoices/receipts are available for inspection.It is our practice on larger developments to also provide a comprehensive information pack to all residents. We comply with the strata title act 1985, common property act 663 and other code of practice in our daily operational matters.
